AUDITING OF PRE-PAID ELECTRICITY METERS STELLENBOSCH AND FRANSCHHOEK/PNIEL
Dear Consumer
Please note that Stellenbosch Municipality is currently reviewing and auditing all electrical meters within the Stellenbosch Municipality’s supply area.
Your residence will be visited by Ontec Pty, a service provider appointed by Stellenbosch Municipality, during the period 20 May 2024 – 28 June 2024. It will be appreciated if access to the premises can be arranged.
The reverse side of this notice contains photos with names of the field staff who will be visiting your premises. Residents are urged to only allow authorized field staff with an official identification card to enter your premises.
Residents may call the office on the contact details listed below to reconfirm the identification of the field staff.
