REQUEST QUOTATION DESCRIPTION: APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS TO SUPPLY AND DELIVER LIBRARY BOOKS FOR A CONTRACT PERIOD ENDING 30 JUNE 2024
Non- Compulsory Teams Meeting to be held on Monday; 6th November 2023 at 14h00 on teams.
Bidders to download the APP and provide Sarala with the necessary email address and cell phone nr at least 24 hours prior to the meeting to enable department to setup a virtual meeting.

Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1ST floor, Plein Street , Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality. Alternatively, the bid documents can be downloaded from our website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za by following the Supply Chain Management link.
