YOU ARE HEREBY INVITED TO BID FOR REQUIREMENTS OF STELLENBOSCH MUNICIPALITY

REQUEST FOR FORMAL QUOTATION NUMBER:   FQ/SM: 111/21

REQUEST QUOTATION DESCRIPTION: IRRIGATION REPAIRS

CLARIFICATION MEETING: A compulsory clarification meeting will take place on 20 April 2021 at 10h00 starting at Jamestown Sports Grounds, School Road, Jamestown. Site meetings compulsory and to sign in on each field (no exceptions).

MINIMUM LOCAL CONTENT:    Joining/Connecting components – 100%; Fasteners – 100%; Wire products – 100%; Ducting and Structural Pipework – 100%

CIDB Contractor Grading Designation: 1 SH or higher.

CLOSING DATE:           22 April 2021

TIME:                           14:00

Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1^st floor, Plein Street , Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality.
