CLOSING TIME:              12h00: Bids will be opened in the Council Chambers or Supply Chain Management Boardroom  .

A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on 29 November 2022 at 11:00 at Stellenbosch Municipality , Boardroom A, 1^st  Floor Ecclesia Building, 71 Plein Street, in Stellenbosch. Keep the social distance, bring your own pen and sick people must wear a mask. Please RSVP by sending an email to Patricia.Claasen@stellenbosch.gov.za 48 hours prior to the meeting to enable the municipality to get more space if required. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant.
