TENDER BSM 73/22 APPOINTMENT OF A REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDER(S) TO PROVIDE AUCTIONEERING SERVICES TO DISPOSE OF MUNICIPAL MOVEABLE ASSETS AND IMMOVEABLE ASSETS UNTIL 30 JUNE 2025.

CLOSING TIME:        Bids will be opened in the Council chambers or SCM boardroom at 12h00..

A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on 19 August 2022 at 10:00. The Compulsory Clarification meeting will be held via the Microsoft Teams App. Tenderers must ensure to download the App and give Adiel Albertyn at Adiel. Albertyn@stellenbosch.gov.za  the necessary contact details (email address and cell phone number) at least 48 hours prior (17 August 2022 at 10:00) or earlier to the meeting to enable to set up a virtual meeting. Tenderers who fail to forward their details in the time frame will not attend the briefing session. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant, or did not give the contact details on time will also regard as non-compliant. Provision for load shedding must be made. Adiel will forward the link.
