TENDER BSM 47/22 OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC ABLUTION FACILITIES AT STELLENBOSCH AND JAMESTOWN INFORMAL SETTLEMENT PERIOD ENDING 30 JUNE 2025

CLOSING DATE:       09 May 2022

CLOSING TIME:        12h00: Bids will be opened in the Council Chambers or Supply Chain Management Boardroom. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, opening of tenders                                      to the public will not take place, but the opening register will be posted on the municipal website, immediately thereafter.

A Compulsory virtual Meeting will be held on 21 April 2022 at 10:00 via Microsoft Teams. Tenderers must ensure to download the App and give Dzino Mutyorauta at  dzino.mutyorauta@stellenbosch.gov.za the necessary contact details (email address and cell phone number) at least 48 hours prior  (19  April  2022 at 10:00) to the meeting to enable to set up a virtual meeting. Tenderers who fail to forward their details in the time frame will not attend the briefing session. Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant.
