CIDB:                                  Class of Construction Works: 7EP or higher.

A Compulsory Clarification Meeting will be held on 25 November 2022 at 9h00. The Compulsory Clarification meeting will commence at 09h00 at Stellenbosch municipality Council Chambers, thereafter there will be a site visit to Enkanini informal settlement on where the meeting will be concluded. The addresses are given below: Keep the social distance, bring your own pen and sick people must wear a mask.

Tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non- compliant. In the event of a Joint Venture, one of each company must attend the site meeting.

Local production and content are applicable to this bid. Bidders must use the exchange rate published by the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) at 12:00 on 12 November 2022.
